The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It gives a great mopping experience but lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.
During testing, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It doesn't use LIDAR however, as cheaper models do to identify your home.
Roomba s9+ iRobot from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It has a lot of features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is integrated into the base of charging. This robot can recognize your habits for cleaning and recommend automatic schedules to give you a truly hands-free cleaning experience.
Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the push of one button. You can select an overall clean that emphasizes getting rid of larger pieces of debris such as cereal and rice or two detailed maps of your area to ensure your entire home has a clean and tidy appearance.
This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with a low pile. It can pick up pet hair and clean large items up. It doesn't lose its suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot says it will improve in the future with new models.
The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that concentrates on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that uses an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes this will allow it to fit into the furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the hockey puck-like design of robovacs, but we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also features an advanced filtration system, which prevents micro-sized particles and allergens from circulating within your home. It's a nice claim however, we're not convinced it's enough to justify the high price cost.
Its smart navigation system employs a combination of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, like stairs and other barriers, and to tidy up your whole home in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of the areas that require attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those on higher-end models. The mopping system is better because its spinning pads scrub your floors much more effectively than a vibrating pad.
The only issue is the lack of a second brush for more thorough cleaning. However, it's not a major issue when you're looking to purchase one of the top robots on the market. The robo-vac's dust tank is larger than many of its rivals and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the maximum dirt level.
In terms of the mopping device, I was impressed by its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest, which are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, produce minimal noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without distraction. If it encounters the wall or a piece of furniture, it gently bumps into it before moving forward.
What distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to run nearly completely autonomously, requiring only a little for human intervention. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and automatically transfers garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes and dries the clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is not right, such as the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to the bin being full.
You can also combine or create actual rooms to customize the way that Q Revo treats your home. That's a handy feature if you have multiple areas of your home with different flooring materials or if there's some clutter that must be removed frequently, such as clothes, toys and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, removing debris from both carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that has all the features you could want. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum with powerful suction that cleans carpet and hard floors, as well as an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with a self-cleaning base station that automatically empty and cleans mop pads, keeping them germ-free and ready for use again. It also has a sensor that can detect obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.
The biggest improvement to the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, more modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still quite large. vacuum and mop combo is more than two feet in height and depth and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.
This model is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it has faster battery charging and can handle a complete cleaning of about 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris which makes it easier to empty when required.
Additionally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and an assistant voice that works offline, so you can manage it even when not home. It also has a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a predetermined path.
The X2 Omni is the most effective robot for mopping. Its rotating mop pads clean tough stains and its motor produces a lot of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also excellent, and it increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It is equipped with a large, rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven days. The mopping feature of the robot is also powerful.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum that comes with a host of features that you don't often see on robots of this price range. It can make precise floor maps and recognize various flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. While these features are great, they also push the L10s Ultra into the category of luxury, which might make it somewhat more expensive than some homeowners need.
Designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device with an elegant white finish that's enhanced by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper that helps protect the vacuum and furniture from damage while moving through the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum there is a single button which acts as an on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The center of the control panel has the circular menu which lets you choose cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons will open the app's settings which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation techniques to map out your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that enables the robot vacuum and mop efficiently, without getting stuck in areas with clutter. The LIDAR also assists the robot vacuum recognize and avoid obstacles, which is a nice feature for households with children or pets.
The L10s Ultra is an efficient vacuum cleaner, which removes 98.4% debris from our test on hard floors, and getting rid of all but the most stubborn juice stains. The mops are also efficient, removing 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our tile, wood, and carpet tests. However, it wasn't as efficient in dealing with sand on the floor, or the quaker oats that are on carpet.
